Podere Borgo Malnido was born in 2009, after the purchase of the property by Cinzia and Michele
who initially built an apple orchard and a small vineyard.
Over the years, thanks to their knowledge and love for nature, they have converted the apple
orchard into "organic" and the vineyard into "biodynamic".
With careful studies and a selective choice of products, he personally takes care of the vegetative
cycle.
Currently in the company are organically produced under the "Fiori di Melo" brand: apples, acacia
honey, chestnut millefiori, jams, vinegar, apple juice, typical Lunigiana apple. All natural and
organic products are the protagonists of our company policy, we do not use herbicides at all, but
we only practice manual mowing to guarantee taste and authenticity to the final consumer.
